When are the sessions?

There are available sessions at 6am, 7am, 9am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.30pm on weekdays plus Saturday mornings at 9am and 10am. You can come to whichever three sessions suit you best each week.​​​​​​​

How much does it cost and how do I sign up?

When does the challenge start?

We have two start dates for challenge - Monday 7th and Monday 14th January (you can pick which date suits you best), we'll also be holding welcome seminars on Saturday 5th and Saturday 12th January at 11.00am at both gyms.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

After the 6 week challenge is complete we'll offer you the opportunity to continue as a Steel Habitat member so you can keep progressing (that's what pretty much everyone does) or if you decide it's not you we'll shake hands and go our separate ways.

Do I have to be fit already?

Nope, this program is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the 6 weeks.
